Oven

Nothing is simplier than oven roasting or baking seafood. Whether a stuffed item or fillet , this technique produces a crispy exterior and tender interior. An easy side…throw sliced potatoes onto the same baking sheet and have a complete meal when you are done.

  1. Prepare
    Preheat oven to 400°F. Season fish and place on a lined or non-stick baking sheet.
  2. Cook
    Position seafood on middle oven rack. Cook 10 minutes for every inch of thickness. Remove from oven.
  3. Finish
    Place product on a platter. Let rest for 2 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish.
