Grill

Grilling is a flavorful and versatile way to cook your favorite seafood. From swordfish to mussels and shrimp this cooking technique provides the smokey flavor we all love. Always clean and oil your grill before lighting it will insure the fish doesn't stick!

  1. Prepare
    Preheat grill on medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Rub seafood on both sides with oil. Season with salt & pepper
  2. Cook
    Place seafood on grill and reduce heat to medium. Sear on one side until fish cooks half the way through. Flip item and continue to cook for 1-3 minutes.
  3. Finish
    Place cooked product on a platter. Let rest for 2 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce.
