Grilled Sockeye Salmon with Dijon Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Sockeye Salmon Fillet
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. melted butter
vegetable oil
salt & pepper
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk dijon mustard, horseradish and honey. Continue whisking and slowly pour in olive oil and butter. Mix well until sauce combines
Set Aside
Season Salmon Fillet with salt and pepper and a dollop of oil
Preheat cleaned oiled grill on medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
Place salmon on grill , flesh-side down and reduce heat to medium. Sear on one side until fish cooks half the way through, approximately 7 minutes. Flip item and continue to cook for 1-3 minutes.
Place fish on platter and let rest for two minutes. Pour dijon sauce over warmed fish. Garnish with fresh herbs and a side of grilled asparagus

Rub fresh asparagus with your favorite flavored oil and place on grill when you turn salmon. Cook for 5 minutes and have a perfect grilled accompaniment
